Medical Records

We value the safety of all of our guests, four-legged or not. To ensure the health and well-being of all of the pets in our care, we require up-to-date shot records for all the following diseases:

• DHLPP

• Rabies (Dogs & Cats)

• Bordetella: intranasal    

• Canine Influenza bivalent vaccine is strongly encouraged for all dog guests

Medical Policies

Please make our team aware of any medical issues or concerns, or recent injuries. We are happy to provide your pet with the medication they may need at a charge of $2 per day. Unfortunately, we cannot administer injections.

Boarding Check-In and Out Times

Please be aware that any dogs that are picked up after 2:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. However, if your dog is being groomed or bathed on the day of checkout, you may pick up your pet any time before 6:00 p.m. without being charged for an additional night. Additional fees apply for grooming/bathing.

There is an additional $20 fee that is applied if you drop off your pet before 9am or after 4pm

Check In: 

Daycare: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Boarding: 9:00 a.m.  - 4:00 p.m.                             

Check Out: 

7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
